Lake Windemere Estate
Sold Out & Under Construction
Lake Windemere Estate brought to life a vision of peaceful, modern living surrounded by nature. Exclusively delivered by Rossdale Homes, this boutique community of 35 architecturally designed homes offered a rare opportunity to live beside the calming waters of Lake Windemere.
All homes have now sold out, and construction is currently underway.
A Collaboration Built for Lifestyle
Rossdale Homes worked in close partnership with the City of Salisbury to transform the former community centre site into a vibrant, residential estate. Their shared goal was to create high-quality housing that harmonised with the lake’s natural beauty and existing open spaces.
Rossdale took the lead in masterplanning and delivery—extending Horwood Road, designing home layouts, and ensuring every detail supported a modern, low-maintenance lifestyle. The result: a private, tranquil neighbourhood, just minutes from everyday conveniences.
Thoughtfully Designed Homes – Now Under Construction
Each home in Lake Windemere Estate was carefully crafted to balance style and function. Spacious open-plan living areas, sunlit interiors, and premium finishes offered an inviting space to relax, entertain, or unwind.
Key features included:
- Fixed-price house & land packages
- 2700mm high ceilings
- Westinghouse appliances
- Reverse-cycle air conditioning
- Internal floor coverings
- Concrete driveways and perimeter paths
- Front landscaping
- Three internal colour scheme options
- Rossdale Homes removed the uncertainty from homebuying—there were no
- hidden costs for difficult footings, energy compliance, or site conditions such as rock or reactive soil.
Natural Beauty Meets Modern Convenience
Surrounded by green open space, reserves, and the tranquil lake, residents enjoy easy access to nature while staying connected to local amenities. As part of the development, Rossdale Homes also contributed to enhancing the surrounding environment, including new landscaping, trees, and safety measures during construction.
Some walkways and school access points are temporarily impacted while works are completed, with full access expected to resume in the near future.
