*Terms and conditions: The incentive is only offered for new homes being built by Rossdale Homes. Images shown are examples only of products available. To qualify for this incentive program the customer must sign and pay for a new Full Preliminary Service Agreement (PSA), Sketch or Planning Preliminary Authority between the 1st November 2016 and 21st December 2016 and commence construction of their new home within 18 months of signing. Full Authorities signed prior to the 1/11/2016 or after 21/12/2016 will not qualify for this incentive program. Upgrading of an existing Sketch or Planning Preliminary Authority between 1/11/2016 and 21/12/2016 will entitle the customer to this incentive program. The ScreenAway incentive cannot be exchanged for a cash discount or alternative products. The ScreenAway products must be included in the building contract and supplied and installed by the builder. The customer must present the Building Consultant with the filled in incentive form (available on the Rossdale Homes website rossdalehomes.com.au/screenaway) at the time of signing the relevant Preliminary Service Agreement (PSA). The Gift cards will be organised and sent once the first progress payment has been made by the customer.(Footings complete).
