Referral Voucher - Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions pertains to the Referral Voucher program, please review this when submitting a referral.

Rossdale Homes agrees to pay the sum of $1,000 (inclusive of GST) to the nominated person on the referral voucher  ("the referrer") who refers a friend or family member ("the referee") to Rossdale Homes.

This payment is conditional upon "the referee" entering into a Building Contract with Rossdale Homes and will be paid within 7 days of the start of construction of "the referree's" home.

"The referee" will receive a $1,000 gift voucher (inclusive of GST) within 7 days of the start of construction of their home.

A limit of one gift voucher to "the referree" is payable and one $1,000 cheque to "the referrer" is payable per contract to "the referee" and "the referrer."

To register for this offer the referral voucher must be presented to Rossdale Homes or its nominated representative at / or prior to a Building Contract being entered into with Rossdale Homes.

Registration can also be made on line at www.rossdalehomes.com.au/referral provided it is prior to "the referee" entering into a Building Agreement with Rossdale Homes.

These vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from date of issue.

Rossdale Homes reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time without notice at its sole discretion.
