	December 2007 - Daniel and Gina La Bella We are writing in regards to our recently completed home built by Rossdale located at the Sunday Development in Aldinga Beach. We can not thank you and your company enough for all the hard work your staff have put in. As you know we have built a few times, but this experience for Daniel and I was fantastic. Building a home can be a stressful time, but out of all the times we have built this time was carefree for us. Right from the start when dealing with Ken he was great, always keeping us up to date with changes and where we were. When we were presented with the Rossdale folder we were blown away, such a simple think that made us feel the company was organized. Moving onto selections again was a fantastic experience with good advice and a fantastic range of options in your standard range. Jenny was excellent and she kept us informed all the time and I never had to call once through the whole process as your staff were always calling me first. Rob was our building supervisor and what a great guy, nothing was too hard and he was always accessible. No matter when we called Rob he always knew exactly where our job was at, what had happened and what was happening next. The hand over was 2 months earlier than expected and the finished product was fantastic with minimal items on the Handover list. We are so glad we went with Rossdale, competitive price, a great product, exceptional and a professional service. I will recommend your company to everyone in the future who are looking at building a new home. We would like to thank yourself and all your staff at Rossdale from start to finish of the building process. We are extremely happy with the completion of our new home and look forward to enjoying it.
	August 2007 - Malcolm and Gayle Jesson 6 weeks ago we moved into our new Rossdale home, a two storey Heysen design. First of all we'd like to thankyou for building us such a nice home, and secondly we'd like to pass on our thanks on to Peter Work (sales consultant) for his help and professionalism, he's a very down to earth and helpful man and a asset to your company. And our thanks to Rob Grech who made the whole experience a pleasure, by keeping us informed at every step of the way, we really appreciated his assistance and he even finished 6 weeks ahead of schedule. So if you could please pass on our thanks to Peter and especially Rob Grech we would much appreciate it, and our thanks to Rossdale Homes for our home and making it a pleasant experience. 	September 2006 - Rick and Kirsty Peake We would like to take this opportunity to thank Rossdale for building our beautiful home. It was completed in April 2005 and we have had a wonderful time decorating, planting and paving to finish it off. It has been a very exciting time in our lives and we are glad we chose Rossdale to share it with us. We would like to say a very special thankyou to Kelly Trotter, Darrin Noel, Rob Grech, all the office staff and especially all the workmen. 	September 2006 - Amanda Blair - Tells it like it is (Sunday Mail) *click here to view the article* Let's shout out thanks from the treetops. I want to say a huge "Good on, you" to Rossdale Homes on Glen Osmond Rd. They've just built their new HQ on a street that is slowly coming to be a pleasant, upmarket thoroughfare. And as part of the development, they've landscaped the front of their offices with a series of stunning boab (bottle trees) - you know, those exotic NT trees which look like they've been planted upside down. Like too many companies, Rossdale could have gone cheap and convenient, paving their forecourt for parked cars. Instead, they've done the right thing and contributed to the landscape of the city. I often wonder (usually when driving past a prominent and ghastly clearance house in pink) whether responsible companies who contribute to how the city looks can be somehow rewarded by the council or the community? Perhaps a small rates concession? The point is, a lot of how this city looks is in the hands of companies - and we have to rely on their civic-mindedness to do the right thing. So to coin a phrase, trust is a must.
	March 2006 We are just writing to say thankyou to everyone involved in the constructions of our home and how pleased we are with the finished product. Many people have been through and without exception they have all commented on the high quality of the work and finish to the house. Rob was an excellent supervisor and any queries we had, he answered promptly and followed up any requests in a very professional and accommodating and we would have no problem recommending them to any of our friends. 	October 2005 Thankyou for the exceptional job you have done in building my new home. Lesley and I did every display home in the state and it was quite apparent that we kept on going back to Rossdale. Your homes are well presented and finished in a style that when we had to make the decision the choice was quite easy to make to build our dream home (Tusmore Loft). From the start you have been very professional, and I take my hat off to all. Especially we would like to thank Glenn Bragg (Champion) who got us to the building stage he knows what he is doing, also Meredith who kept us up to date with progress. Rick Palumbo with no doubt can build my home any day, he like Glenn know their job. Well done to all. If I choose to build again, Rossdale will be the one's whom I call. Many Thanks Andrew Purdie.
	August 2005 We are writing to express our satisfaction with the assistance we received from your company, Rossdale Homes. We had our house was built by Rossdale Homes in September 2001 and we have enjoyed the practical, spacious and aesthetic design, (which we have not altered at all!) as well as the attention to detail in the professional work of your employees. We receive many compliments on the excellent design of the house. We have a lot of respect for you supervisor, Peter Graves, who has been reliable, well organised and easy to deal with. The house was finished on time and a couple of small details we noticed after moving in were fixed immediately. Since the house was completed we had a couple of situations were we contacted Peter and he has always been willing to listen to our concerns, provide advice and quickly fix a minor problem with the roof. Recently we were informed that our pavers were damaged by a leaking sewage pipe and Peter took the matter in hand, assessed the problem and replaced the pipe. This matter concerned us greatly and again it was a pleasure to deal with Peter. The workers who came to assess and fix the sewage pipe were very courteous and willing to explain what they were doing, very careful about not damaging our garden and even apologised for leaving a little bit of mud on the pavers (it needed to dry out before it could be cleaned). Overall our experience of dealing with Rossdale Homes over the last few years has been very positive and the service we received was always professional and of the highest quality. 	May 2004 We are writing to you to let you know how pleased we are with our new home. Right from the onset, from talks with sales consultant Greg Parry, through to Alana Ferraro at "selections", and then finally through to the building stage with Rick Palumbo the supervisor, we have had no problems at all. It has been a pleasure and not at all the "stressful" thing that people say it can be. As we are living in the country, the communication has been terrific at all times. Our house, from the plans, through to the completion has been done with complete "all round" competence, and thoroughness to detail with good tradespeople on the job also. We are so excited and delighted to have such a beautiful new courtyard home and will be recommending Rossdale to anyone who intends to build in the future. 	July 2002 - Betty & Ray Dear Sir/Madam, It has now been more than 3 months since moving into our new home. It is a very nice home & the house built by Rossdale Homes. They built it how we wanted it, being our own design. It all started with Tracey Hendy. A long process, a little frustrating at times, as we wanted our own design. Now we came to realise how involved it all was in getting it all together before going to construction. Well done Tracey! Also Neville the window man, I was quite pedantic how I wanted those windows. Marina and Jane, it all came together surprisingly well, Thank You! The tradesmen on site were just great, very professional and approachable. Andy Lamont, nice guy, got the job done well. 	May 2001 - Mr & Mrs Thai and Deborah Huynh To all of the staff at Rossdale Homes, We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all of you who were involved in some way in the building of our home at Mawson Lakes. We are delighted that Rossdale has now fulfilled all of the requirements according to specification. Both of us are very impressed with the quality and general finish of the home, but also the building journey which we felt was made all the more easy by having the support of everyone involved. A special mention must be made of the professionalism displayed by Bob Atkins. Though our circumstances meant that we could not be present during the construction period, we felt confident that Bob knew exactly what we wanted and he went out of his way to see that we were completely satisfied with the outcome, including making many a phone call out of hours and on weekends to keep us informed on the building progress. Thank you also to Brian for his initial help on the design of our home, and to Shannon who effortlessly organised many aspects of the whole construction for us. We would definitely choose Rossdale as our first choice of builder if we were to build in Adelaide again, and we will be recommending Rossdale to our family and friends. 	April 2001 - Mr. A.J. Castle and Mrs A.M. Castle Dear Sirs, Having recently moved into our new home we would like to take this opportunity to pass on to you our feelings about our experience of building with Rossdale Homes. We selected Rossdale Homes to build our new home due to the specific design of the "Millswood" which met the needs of our family better than all other designs in its price range which we had seen, the price competitiveness of this design, and general positive feedback from many individuals both inside and outside the building trades about the standard of Rossdale Homes. Now we have finally moved in, we are extremely happy with the house, and the design and finish have met if not exceeded our expectations. Although everyone within Rossdale Homes with whom we dealt during the building process was friendly and helpful we would like to specifically mention two individuals who we feel made the process less stressful and more successful than may otherwise have been the case. Chris Blunden, who was the sales consultant with whom we dealt was helpful, knowledgeable, considerate and patient throughout the design and selection process. Chris was based at the Millswood show home in Mawson Lakes at the time, and so (as this was the design we selected) was the unfortunate recipient of many, many visits from us as we went through the design with a 'fine tooth comb' before finally selecting this as the home we wished to build. Chris was always cheerful and helpful without being at all 'pushy', instead letting us take our time to come to a decision. He was able to offer advice and helpful suggestions on many aspects of the building process and was not outwardly fazed by several small changes to the layout of the home before we finally settled on the final design. When building work was underway, the site manager was Peter Graves. Although there were one or two very minor difficulties during building (as we would expect would almost always be the case), due to regular and prompt communication between us and Peter these were always resolved quickly before being allowed to escalate into larger problems. During all stages of building Peter was happy to address the problems promptly and was able and willing to fix some himself during the latter stages. The level of satisfaction we now have with our finished home is due in part, we feel, to the successful relationship between us, the clients, and Peter during the building process and a willingness on both sides to communicate about and deal with problems promptly. We can say with confidence that when the time comes for us to build again (although it is likely to be some years yet before this happens), Rossdale Homes will be at the top of our shopping list.
