Having decided to purchase our first Investment Home, our primary concerns were not with the commitment itself but whether or not we were going to have a supportive team to guide us through the process. We were indeed skeptics, believing that were we were going to be confronted by just a group of business people from Rossdale whose main interest was furthering their own causes as result of dealing with us.

How wrong we were.

We sighed with relief when we began to realize that The Rossdale Investment Team were constantly focused on our needs and had availed themselves to our every question and concern. In fact, there were occasions when the group had extended themselves to acting on our behalf above and beyond our own expectations.

Nothing was ever too hard for the Team and we were never made to feel that we had just a business relationship existing with them. We truly felt that our relationship with the team was akin to that of being involved in a family like environment. We were at ease with everyone, comfortable with explanations given and the Team was always there for us at any anytime and for any reason. We were also impressed with the cooperation that existed among the Team members themselves and the way they had worked together as one unit for our benefit.

How wonderful it was to have had the guidance and co-operation that we were wanting in the purchase of our investment home, a home that was built with quality in mind.

Having surveyed it upon completion, it was a delight for us to walk through it and notice the high standard of workmanship that we had come to expect of Rossdale. The home had been beautifully designed and finished internally with quality fittings and a range of other features to compliment it perfectly. It was also a pleasure just to stand and stare at the attractive landscaping that featured around the home.

Thank you to The Rossdale Investment Team for the support you had shown us and in particular for the dependability, which we had admired so much.

Having initially stated that we were concerned we were going to be confronted by just a group of business people from Rossdale after their own interests, we had to conclude in the end that what we were really being confronted with were a group of warm-hearted friends, eager to assist and look after us all the way.

I am writing to you with nothing but praise for a couple of individuals who are a crucial part of the backbone of your investing arm at Rossdale. Those being Des Wragg and Craig Vesey. We purchased an investment home from Rossdale last year through the exceptional salesmanship of Gaye Bragg, of whom I've previously accoladed. The ongoing support from Des and Craig, has been nothing short of incredible. These guys have never hesitated to satisfy our quires or remedy any problems and have gone further than 'the extra mile' to make sure we are completely satisfied and at ease with the financial side of our investment. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved in the process including, those who are behind the scenes in making things happen, the actual trades and office staff we haven't met. We only the other day reflected on where we have come from, in regards to investment property purchase, where we showed some interest with another company but just didn't feel comfortable with what was on offer. So from hearing the advert on radio one night about the Rossdale Property seminar, to attending the seminar, then 24 hours later meeting on site Gaye to 48 hours later signing a contract and we where on our way.

We found it a exciting experience although we had built houses before that we own and live in, this one was special being an investment the whole approach was quite different. We certainly have appreciated that, not all can be smooth sailing but the prompt attention to rectify things has been great, the transparency process is very comforting feeling. I know being an investment you don't want to have a emotional attachment but we are so pleased with what we have got and the overall finish with the landscaping and presentation has made us think we should move in!!

Anyway before the first is finished we have signed up for a second.

To Scott Robinson especially who handled everything for us, all we had to do was to sign some papers and the job was all handled professionally and with no hassle to us.

Rossdale Homes invited us to attend a Property Investment Seminar to show us how easy it was to purchase property as part of an investment portfolio. With rent from tenants, equity in your own home and taxation advantages, it only meant an outlay of approximately $100 a week for us to be able to afford an investment property.

An accountant was provided to assess our own financial situation and Scott Robinson showed us a variety of different investment portfolios and took us to a couple of locations which interested us - he even shouted us to lunch!

Scott's vast knowledge of his properties and the excellent finishes we saw in the houses that were displayed, convinced us to go ahead with the purchase of a four bedroom home in the northern suburbs, which showed excellent potential for growth over the next 10 years.

Rossdale Homes also provided a broker to assist us to find the best possible deal for obtaining a home loan and if you wish they can also put you in touch with a Property Manager who can find a tenant for you.

Five months later we have the keys for our investment house. Wow, we were very impressed with the high quality workmanship evident throughout the home. Even the front and back garden has been well landscaped complete with automatic watering system and a rainwater tank plumbed to the house. On handover, we looked for any problems that might require fixing, but there were none.

We found the company very professional and Scott Robinson was readily available whenever we needed to contact him. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and we are most impressed with the Rossdale team.

We will be recommending Scott and Rossdale Homes to any of our friends who might be considering an investment property.

As first time property investors, my wife and myself had concerns and apprehensions in regards to taking “the big step”. Gaye was extremely patient with us and never pushed, which made us feel at ease. She comprehensively answered all of our questions. Thank you very much for introducing me to this system where I am able to reduce my personal income tax and invest in real estate at the same time.

Up until this time I was enjoying life without too much concern for my future. I had no idea that I could reduce my income tax, pay off my own home loan faster whilst at the same time building my personal wealth. I still enjoy life to the max but now I am comfortable in the knowledge that I have a safe and secure investment of bricks and mortar which will continue to grow in value over time.

The professionalism shown by Scott Robinson and Mark Wallace was immediately evident and made me feel comfortable with the decisions made throughout the process.

Scott explained what was involved in purchasing a brand new investment home and how easy it was to get started. I always new that I had to do something for my retirement but it always seemed to get put off for one reason or another.

My next meeting was with Mark Wallace an Accountant who worked out all the figures and arranged the finance. He made things very easy for me to understand and I am pleased at not having to run around town to find the best loan.

The construction of the home went very smoothly and finished on time. Property Rental Network found a quality tenant who was ready to move in right away. All of the little tasks such as insurance and the depreciation schedule were taken care of for me which I was grateful for, being a busy professional person.

I am looking forward to doing this again as soon as I am able.
