I have worked for Rossdale Homes for the past 8 years I have been involved in the building development of houses and sub-divisions for nearly 20 years.
The best financial decision I made was one week over 20 years ago purchasing a block of land at Port Elliott for investment. Since that time I have never looked back. My husband and I have built, developed and sold many homes and continue to make out portfolio grow.
I continue to extend my knowledge and expertise to my clients that want serious answers to their questions and want to see their investments work for them.

-Special, one off designs to suit all clients needs
-In house, full time design department. Speak to the person that will personalise your new home.
-All our standard designs can be altered to make the home fit your requirements or block size. Try blending parts of several of our homes to make one that works for you.
-Sub-divisions or knockdowns are my speciality
-One on one throughout the WHOLE PROCESS. No moving the problem to someone else, My clients deal with me. Answers to your questions, finding out whether you can develop your property, dealing with councils, engineers, etc.
