I am a Senior Sales Consultant with Rossdale Homes managing the display village at St Clair Woodville (Cheltenham). I specialise in Land Division and Knockdown Rebuild Projects and am a HIA Greensmart Professional.
I have developed my own specailist team providing a “One Stop Shop” for land division and building, including Town Planner, Finance, Drafting, Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Conveyancing and Surveying.
Initial service includes feasibility discussion and land suitability within Council Policy Areas.
